Оплатил подписку, вел турнир. И когда стадия дошла до финала. Перестало открываться матчи, чтобы добавить результат. Создаешь новое соревнование, тоже перестали открываться вкладка матчи, где нужно добавлять результаты. Но почту написал, сначала отвечали , ниче. Не помогли, потом стали просто игнорировать меня.

То, что вкладка матчей не открывается (в том числе в новом соревновании), похоже на техническую ошибку — мы хотим её устранить и восстановить вам доступ к матчам.

Напишите нам, пожалуйста, прямо в приложении: «Больше → Центр помощи». Укажите версию приложения, модель iPhone и версию iOS, название соревнования и email вашего аккаунта (или сошлитесь на прошлую переписку) — так мы быстро найдём вашу историю и поможем.
