Now that feature does not work and I can’t track my marketing activity. Calling or emailing support has not helped. I wish we could have back an app that functions well. They are on top of it. If the app used to be un-usable, it’s basically impeccable now. I love the ease it provides looking up products, reading product sheets, sharing products with links that contain my distributor id, redeeming my loyalty points (free products!), changing my loyalty order as much as I want and sharing 4life with friends and family. Even the brand new features from the last update have worked well for me right off the bat I was able to send someone an enroll link with their cart full of the things we had discussed for them. Easy peasy! This company has constant communication with its customers and they LISTEN to what we want! Then I placed an order $261,31, I even paid for it to be delivered in one business day (more money). Then I placed another order $87.06. My products haven’t arrived (5 days), I’ve called twice and last they told me is that my id was blocked, contacted again, they sayd the order was canceled and the money returned to my account, which has not happened. The lady said she couldn’t do anything about it. I love this company and the products but when it comes to the apps it’s a huge let down. As someone who depends on apps and uses them to expand trying to log in is troubling. “Forgot my password” doesn’t work no email is sent my way 4Life connect “forgot my password” won’t work either. And customer support for that isn’t available no one can help me reset it therefore I can’t view the content. I wish they búnker down and focused on the app side of things it feels new still really want them to focus and iron those details. Sometimes it feels voices aren’t heard for problems that seem small yet are vital for every day business or consuming. ( app. Kick us out Avery 1 minute, takes long time to open any criteria, can’t read reports and don’t save my Distributor Id or password. At least the Id Should be save at my cellphone !!! Sorry guys but we need a better app. If I enroll some one, it may kick me out. I am not able to see their distributor Id number or the app duplicate my new customer and I get 2 clients with same credentials !!! There’s no way I can see if I’ve typed my password correctly. Hence I can easily get blocked. So annoying especially if I’m on rush talks with clients.
