I've tried other meditation apps and 4MySoul stands out. The breathwork is simple but powerful, and the 40-day challenge keeps me consistent. I feel calmer, more focused, and more in tune with myself.

This app is changing my life! I was constantly
suffering from headaches, stress, anxiety and never was able to relax, always felt very tired. Once I started my 40-day challenge with this amazing meditation app from 4mysoul my life has changed! I feel less stressed, more relaxed, my headaches are almost gone, I really cannot believe this! I recommend everyone give it a go and see for yourself how powerful this meditation and breath-work app is!
