Locks up a lot. I’m not sure why the tracks don’t put their signal on YouTube where it can be in 4K. The Canadian tracks look better on YouTube than on this app. ### 2/5 — Slow, lags *2025-09-13* I’ve been using NJBETS for years. In NJ, this is our only option. It has been great for years, but not any more. Selections lag, page changes are slow. The decline seems to coincide with the buyout of TVG by Fan Duel. Support used to be helpful and responsive. Now it seems that the extent of the support is to say, “ clear your cache”. However, I have the same problems over three different devices and at different location. On both wi-fi and data. I’d like to say, use another app, but like I said…only game in NJ. Otherwise great. *2025-05-15* On my iPad, I can’t scroll all the way to the bottom of the field of horses. It cuts off around the 7 or 8 horse. Otherwise a great app that I’ve been using forever, could perhaps benefit from a more robust rewards program too. ### 1/5 — App updates *2025-05-03, version 4.2.16* The app works well to find races or track. Setting up account information is difficult. There aren’t options for the user to self update within the application. Customer support is useless. ### 1/5 — Can’t Sign-Up *2025-05-03* App won’t let me signup, says “an error has occurred and we cannot process your account” Customer service told me to log out and log back in, kind of hard when you don’t have an account. Was then told to clear cache. After 30min, was escalated to the accounts team. Asked what the turnaround is and was told that there was no estimation that could be given. Asked when I would at least get an email that this is being looked into by the accounts team, and was told they cannot give an estimation of even an acknowledgement that this is being looked into. ### 5/5 — Fanduel is the best! *2024-10-19, version 4.2.5* The Fanduel personalities are the greatest.
