Whenever I click on a video or recording a 403 forbidden error pops up, and this happens with everything except from pdf’s, it exactly says: 
HTTP Status 403- Forbidden
Type- Status Report 
Description- The server understood the request but refuses to authorise it 
Please can you guys fix it I have rare videos which I want to access.
