Great idea, but when you try to do anything with you recording’s 
App just crashes straight away, latest firmware on iPad, updated app. Reading reviews even the paid version is no better. Pity as it could be a great use to us amateur musicians/video content makers.

Great concept for quick overdubs, awful execution. Parts of the app don’t seem to even work properly on iOS 17 anymore. Needs an update. Or better yet, rewrite it from scratch. It must be a badly written app if it falls apart as OS evolves.

Es existieren keine Korrekturmöglichkeiten um die Latenzzeit anzupassen. Zumindest nicht in der kostenfreien Version. 

Daher müsste man erst einen fehlerfreien Basistrack erzeugen, über den man dann die finalen Spuren einspielt, die im Video zu sehen sein sollen. Dann haben die beiden nämlich die gleiche Latenz und das Problem ist gelöst. 

Allerdings hat man ein neues Problem: Der Basistrack. Den müsste man wohl am PC mit einem MIDI oder einem Notationsprogramm erzeugen. Das wär für eine Arbeit mit dem Handy nämlich viel zu umständlich…

Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn man bei den Trim-Anfassern in dieser App nachbessern würde. So wie die App jetzt ist, ist sie für Musik nicht wirklich brauchbar. Und von einem Kauf wäre abzuraten.

I’ve been using this app for about 45 minutes, and I already hate it. It says if you connect a Go Mixer Pro X, you get the upgrade for free. Well, enjoy my $3.99, but that’s a lie. Plus this garbage app doesn’t have an input level mixer. Recorded a couple test videos at what I thought was a reasonable level (since the peak light on the mixer wasn’t flickering), but when I played it back, it distorted beyond recognition. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. I wish I could give it negative stars. I also wish I could get my money back for the “free” upgrade.

調整される数値が表示されないのでトリミングをまともにできない。
2年間にフィードバックを送った点がまだ解消されていない。またメモリの管理が適当なのかipadではアプリが落ちるようになった。何をもってアップデートなんだろうか。
やる気ないならアップストアから削除してほしい。

You’re pretty well left to puzzle out how the app works.  I laid down a rhythm guitar track and was quite impressed with sound & video (using iPod 6 gen), but when I recorded the lead track, no amount of tinkering with the timing function could get them in sync. Will keep on experimenting.

Was happy to find an app like this. I want to do multi screen videos to do covers (piano and singing) but once I recorded the piano video on here, I couldn’t figure out how to listen to what I did and sing on top. Hope there’s even an app for something like that.

The camera app will not launch on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I’ve restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared caches, and made sure all apps are closed. I’m glad I didn’t pay the $7.99 for the Maker app already.

始点のタイミングがズレてる事だけがネックです。いちいち調整するのが面倒かつ曲によってはジャストで合わせるのが難しいので、それさえ改善されればとても便利だと思います。

iPhoneから演奏動画撮りたい曲の原曲を取り込んで原曲に合わせて3本録画して重ねたら全部ズレて演奏がバラバラに聴こえてきました。どうやったらズレないんでしょうか？一本ずつ撮った前の動画に合わせほうがいいのでしょうか？課金したのにガッカリしました。

以前から使わせてもらっていますが、
最近は動画の長さを調整する際に秒数が見えなかったり、音量を調整するとそれまでに調整したものがリセットされたりなど
不具合が多くてとても使いづらいです。
なんとか改善をお願いします。

I tried out the free version to see if it might be worth upgrading. Used and external USB mic and iPhone 12. The editing capabilities are clumsy (and very limited) The time lag in videos is unfixable at this point. I used a metronome and still sound did not sync. The “timing” option is unclear and seems to do nothing to fix this problem. I would say don’t waste your money on upgrading until Roland addresses these issues

1パート毎の動画を重ねて重奏にしたいのですが、カメラ内の動画を読み込むと強制終了しますので、重奏動画が作れません。
一体何の為のアプリでしょうか。
お金返して下さい。

Was working fine on my iPhone.. 11. I upgraded to a 15 PM about two months ago and since then, it won’t record any audio from any of my instruments through the Go Mixer Pro X, despite having changed my cables and everything else.
Roland is no help, either.
I will change back to 3* if/when that update rolls out.

Even when you set your camera for the lowest video settings latency shows up when trying to play back both videos at the same time. There is no resource to help with this issue.

I can’t upload any files it crashes every time. Paid for the premium feature. Waste of time and money. No accessible customer support so will just have to find another app to do the job.

man kann keine songs aus   music oder sonst woher importieren. Das heißt, playalongs zu playback ist nicht möglich. Furchtbar!!!

using audio interface the microphone recording only left channel microphone or guitar input recording only to left channel we need stereo pan option or mono/stereo option button

I love this app. I’ve been using it with the Roland mobile phone interfase. I think you should improve it to record more cameras or realese a PC versión with more capabilty. Also think the interfase should come with a code to be able to use all features not being connected to it.

Please can you update it to run with IOS 13/6/1........it worked perfectly until I got a new iPhone and now it records in portrait sometimes when it should be landscape, and the timing on the 2nd 3rd and 4th videos is way out. This never used to happen with my iPhone 6s. Just for the record, I’ve made more than 50 videos with this app and it is generally brilliant!!

You can change the aspect ratio, adjust your clips in the frame, preview and save. Even the watermark looks awesome (first time I’ve ever liked a watermark) Definitely recommend!

音がずれると書いている人がいますがタイミング調整機能がついているので合わせられます。それもプレビューを使えば何度でも試せるので素人でもできます。あと、メトロノーム機能無くても自前のメトロノームをイヤホンで聴きながら演奏すればいいと思う。

I was a bit dubious because of negative reviews about recordings being out of time, but found that this is caused by latency with playback that can be fixed by editing the videos within the app. The functionality to trim videos up to the millisecond and hear the results before saving works really well, as does being able to adjust the levels of each video. You can also get more than four tracks into your finished piece by selecting previously combined videos as part of the four. This app is making lockdown so much better!
