After about a month of inactivity, I tried to login in…..it informed me that my subscription needed to be renewed. I called and they said since I didn’t have my order number…I would have to pay to renew again. After a few months of looking for something totally different…I found my receipt. I called to inform them….suddenly the call dropped and they never picked up again. I sent an email as well-got no response. I’m not sure what else to do at this point. Honest advice upfront: buy the “Medicine Central” app by them instead. It costs more, but it’s a combo so it will include this 5MC app access with it. It’s always up to date, the cross-links and favoriting features are awesome especially for a curious, but busy, mind! Great resources, has all the disease states in amazing easy to read order, prints well, I could go on for days. I could not find the in-app link to cancel auto-renew. So, I sent a query to support. The only response I received was an AI-generated message reiterating the idea that the way out would be to use the in-app link to cancel auto-renew. I tried to reach a human support person without success for weeks. When I finally reach a human, it was a couple days after the trial period had passed and the $99 charge was processed on my credit card. This business practice is unethical. When I try to access something simple like a headache algorithm or a hypertension algorithm, it says I need to buy another subscription. When does it end?
