Their solution - rebuy every app to the updated iOS app. I bought the standalone non subscription app to prevent downstream costs with a huge upfront cost. Egg on my face huh. Unbound had 2 years to update all their apps but chose to gouge their customer base! ### 1/5 — ALMOST bought this *2015-09-24, version 1.1* .... until I noticed on one of the app preview screenshots that the index listed "perforated viscous" rather than perforated viscus. If the editors can't spell then I'm reluctant to trust this app for advice on how to treat my patients. ### 1/5 — Changed version for more money. *2015-01-14, version 1.1* This is the same app which I bought for $99 on my phone which they removed from the App Store and replaced with a newer version meant to charge you $99 for every device you use this app on. Original version allowed me to use my $99 paid app on my iPhone, iPad mini, and iPad. Now that same setup would cost me $300?!? Lame. Check out 10-second EM ---a great app in comparison. Only $5. And not greedy for your money. ### 2/5 — Current update has a lot of problems *2021-02-26, version 1.6* Have used this app for years and love it, but current version has horrible index with many topics missing or mislabeled. I.e. try looking up “eclampsia”. Not there. Look up pre-eclampsia and tap on it and you get PTSD. Needs serious work. ### 3/5 — Ok *2014-11-07, version 1.1* This review is not for content but the actual app. The design is pretty average, like a good app from 3-4 years ago. If you have an iPhone 6 or 6 plus it looks bad because it's just a huge blown up version of what it looks like on an iPhone 4 or something. I would recommend the app developers check out apps like evernote or good apps that have already made adjustments for the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. This app looks terrible on those.
