I can only upload my context to Instagram and no other platform while having the audio still attached. This is extremely frustrating and if I knew that was the case I never would have purchased. But unfortunately, I haven’t been able to use it much—every time I try, it crashes, doesn’t save my progress, and I have to start over from scratch. The editing tools aren’t very smooth either, which adds to the frustration. What’s also confusing is how highly rated the app is. Now that I’ve gone back to read other reviews, I see that a lot of people are experiencing the same issues I am. It makes me question how it has such a high overall rating. The concept is great, and I want to believe it has potential—but right now, it’s just not there. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re thinking about paying. Free apps like CapCut actually perform better and are far more reliable. Maybe it will be worth trying again in the future, but for now, the app needs a lot more development—not just bug fixes. There's always an error when trying to use the free options, which makes me think it's just a tactic to push users into paying for the subscription. If everything is locked behind a paywall, they should be more honest and remove any mention of free options. When I choose the template with my content and try to edit it—like cropping a photo or selecting part of a video—the app closes ### 1/5 — Times Out *2025-09-19* Several weeks ago I was making a reel for my work account and mid editing the app would time out. When I go back, my content was not saved so I’d have to start over. Fast forward 5 tries, this kept happening. I updated the app, deleted storage, made sure I had wifi, no wifi, closed out a bunch of apps, etc. nothing fixes this. Not sure what to do at this point but I’ve stopped trying and this is a serious waste of money. Whatever is causing this needs to be fixed as it’s not good for customers. I clicked to start the free trial, and immediately $24 was charged to my account. How is that a free trial? This feels misleading and dishonest. I didn’t agree to be charged upfront. I’m very disappointed and would like a refund. The free version doesn’t have that much to choose from however you can play around with the templates to get a sample of what it would look like. And just goes to show me that it’s a good app: easy to use, you can add sounds over your creations, clean templates, professional layouts that are consistent with the group/collection. I love the elegant graphics and fonts as well. One thing that is bothering me sometimes is: when I add multiple videos into one template to create say a 9piece grid: when saving the final vid the app crashes or saves a blank 9sec video.
