  • Addictive, mostly in a good way

Love this game and the challenges it offers. My only complaint is the noise, so I have to keep my phone turned off...then forget to turn it back on, thus missing important calls. Wish there were an OFF button for sounds within the app...I don't need all that applause and cheering to spur me on!
  • Update caused issue

An update recently caused issues with the results or score page after a game is completed. You used to be able to set it to show results of daily, weekly, monthly, or overall. I liked to keep it on overall. But after the update it defaults back to daily each and every time. So I have to keep resetting it. It's enough of a pain that I don't use the ap any more.

  • Addictive

This game has had me addicted to it for years and has improved my ability to do sequencing tasks more quickly. I love it and I like the way touching a card causes it to automatically move to a suitable location. I especially like the automatic clearing of cards, though sometimes it doesn't always clear and I have to do it manually.

  • Very addictive

Just one small complaint. A recent update messed with the results page after a game is complete. If you want to see overall results you have to reselect it after every game. In the past, if you selected it once it stayed there. Now it reverts to "today's results" after every game and won't stay on "overall" game results the way I prefer it. When I select " overall results" I want it to stay there unless I select otherwise.

  • Amazing

Bit of an edit: new version, do not like that change in record keeping. Like to be able to see long term. Not enough memory to keep more than a week?

Fifty years ago my Mom sat every night at the kitchen table playing solitaire. Here I am, 72 years old, every evening playing solitaire. Just on a iPad instead of a deck of cards.😊

  • Free cell by finger arts app review

The app performs as advertised. The optional features are easy to manage. The one suggestion I offer would be to move the "undo" and "tap for hint"buttons away from The pop-up selection area of the screen. 33% of my screen touches on the "undo" and the "tab for hint" buttons result in my accidentally hitting the pop up area of the screen, thereby immediately interrupting the game. Very frustrating and very annoying.

The auto redirect screens caused by the pop-ups do not close automatically. I have run down my battery more than once because I did not close the pop up screens/web pages.

The April '17 update automatically defaults to the "current week" win/abandon score. I prefer the "today". It's a mild trouble to constantly have to select "today" to see my current score. Other than that a good app as pop-up apps go

  • Still a great free game.

I've enjoyed FreeCell for about a year now. Ads can get annoying but not as bad as on Solitaire. Remember that this is a FREE app! So get it and enjoy.
I'm back to say FREECELL is still one of my three favorites for solitaire games. I play it daily, usually early morning along with Spider and Solitaire which both have a daily challenge. Ads are still minimal and not intrusive so I will continue to rate 5 stars. No cons. 😁
