For example, photos you submit may be “accepted for licensing”, however they are not visible on your page and not visible to the public. The troubleshooting is robotic. The feedback between the user and the site admin is nonexistent. Also my email can’t be verified I always get a request failed error, then I have to close the app completely just to navigate away from that page. I can’t sign into pulsepx with my 500px account because there’s not way to verify my email. There are other times where I have to close the app completely because it’ll get stuck on certain pages. Since being bought by a Chinese company, it’s become an absolute joke. They’ve sold out—now it’s all about squeezing money out of users with gimmicks like Pulse PX and other pay-to-win “contests.” If you’re not paying for a membership, good luck getting your work seen. Worse? This platform is now a plagiarist’s paradise. I’ve seen my own and others’ work stolen and reposted—zero credit, zero consequences. I’ve emailed support multiple times and all I ever get is a canned “We’ll look into it,” followed by nothing. No action, no protection, no care.
