Breaks when you need it
The app is glitchy. When participating in challenges it is so important to be able to book a class (before classes fill up). When the app breaks during a challenge, and no-one gets back to you, it is EXCEPTIONALLY annoying (the opposite to what the business is hoping to achieve).
Always log me out
And when I try to put the correct password it says error unknown. I always have to book online on my computer bc this app doesn’t work.
Does not work
Constantly logs me out if my account and says there is an error when trying to log back in. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times with no results. Waste of time having it. Just have to use the website.
Part of the family

Unknown error trying to login
Can login in five on website but app on iPhone and iPad both give unknown please try again error. Very frustrating. Tried deleting and redownloading but no change. Lots of people with same issue.
Somewhat irritating.....
Generally a good app for booking classes, sync—ing to calendar etc, but there are a few irritating quirks.
I’m glad someone else has the same problem I do, with it shouting all the time on the Home Screen that there’s a notification when there isn’t. Cant get rid of it by uninstalling and re-installing or any of the settings. So either it’s a bug which should be pretty simple to fix, or it’s part of a new icon - in which case, it’s offensive.
Multiple bookings still don’t seem to work consistently - weirdly it seems to on certain days of the week and not others; and it’d be much nicer if, after you made a booking, you were returned to the calendar on the day of that last booking and not the date on which you started to make a run of bookings. With the way it is, if you’re trying to make 3 or 4 weeks of booking, you either spend ages scrolling, or you have to exit bookings and restart from a new date.
For the rest, it’s good, easy to look at and easy to use

Notifications
The app works well, must’ve been since the last update though the 1 symbol is sat above my app indicating a notification. No matter what I do, I can’t get rid of it. I don’t have any notifications, I have signed out of the app & have also deleted it & re-installed it. Quite frustrating to not be able to get rid of it.

Losing money as can’t reschedule classes
The app is hopeless. I’ve been getting an ‘unknown error’ message for months. Have deleted and reinstalled, etc., and nothing seems to fix it. The landline to my studio is disconnected so I have NO WAY to make contact and reschedule if I’m unable to make a class. Infuriating.
Can’t use
Never able to log in, keeps saying ‘unknown error’ and has for months. Tried different internet connections on different devices, same problem. Disappointing
Regularly Problematic
Often does not work. Often had incorrect details about my classes and purchases. Often have to delete and reset. Ongoing problems for the past two years - so frustrating and time wasting.
