Scrolling issues
Love AJ News, but he scrolling isssuws are pushing me away. It’s tedious to have to find your place because the article jumped up instead of scrolling down. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP

Been there with you since Al Gore days, sad when US tv ended. The Keyboard Warriors piece was well put, reminded me of further back with all the fascists and colonizers urging the need for persecution of the Vietnamese for desiring self-determination. Keep up the fair work, everything has an agenda but yours at least doesn’t try to jump us in a back alley like our home-grown products!

Great news channel but app problems
I love the way that aljazeera doesn’t only focus on western nations, which is why i downloaded the app to get news from different views. However, the app is a bit glitchy, such as scrolling makes the page go up and down and freeze a lot. It gets a bit annoying and i couldn’t find any way to report bugs?

App is bung
For months the app has been failing to scroll correctly. It’s constantly stuck or repeats. Have deleted and reinstalled to no avail. This is annoying since AJ is about the only decent actual news outlet in the world right now. Please get this basic tech fixed.

Can’t scroll
Hi team, I love the app but can’t scroll in articles properly. It goes in the opposite direction of scrolling, it’s really weird. (iPhone 12 on iOS 15.1.1)
Glitchy scrolling
The content is great as expected, but the glitchy scrolling while reading articles is rending the app almost infuriatingly impossible to use. The videos are also frustrating as they are slow to load

I wish your app was as good as your tv service - the app is really glitchy even when simply scrolling or sound doesn’t play when watching videos and news isn’t uploaded regularly or quickly enough. Please spend a bit of money to improve the app so that it is in line with other agencies such as the Guardian because I’d like to read your news more often (but your making it really difficult)

Scrolling issue on iPhone
I am having issue with the app scrolling feature. It is not smooth and it behaves weird. While scrolling down the page randomly scrolls up.
