I have taken Barnes & Conti's Exercising Influence workshop last month. This app is an extremely helpful tool for helping me practice my influence skills at work. I use it to quickly look at the influence tactic and behavior that I want to practice, and then I put down my phone and try it out. Thanks for the extra support Barnes & Conti.

Has all the information on the wheel. It would be great if the template & questions were available to plan an exchange. Something useful.
