I love this game but when I put the autobuy on to keep buying my tickets it immediately goes back to loading and I can not get to play bingo on it ,I am a little bit dissapointed with it this time

Be careful after you pay your money
Customer service does not get back with you when you have technical problems with site. If you pay your money, you will loose it. Be careful with this site. Also seems programmed at times to stop all of your bingo cards at three and four away for long period to run down your bingo chips to make money. Some of profiles seem fake. Check out and see for yourself.

I purchased a 30 day platinum sub on Jan 9. I have my receipt. However, it did not show on the game and i have written to you before about this. I did speak with Apple online support and they are sending me a credit. I am very upset about this. Please take better care about purchases in the future.

Audio/Video Issues
I love the site, but recently A/V issues have kept me from playing. It either has a black screen, the callers are several numbers behind, or it looks like a karate movie from the seventies. I really hope they get it fixed soon because I have tried everything they told me and it's still an issue. I miss my game!!!
