I’d rather just walk
Literal the most unfriendly and awful service I’ve ever had the displeasure to use. We waited for 1hr 15min for a taxi, none arrived, when we tried calling them they kept saying it’ll be there in 10min. Also just straight up rude, they hung up on us when we called them out that their taxi (after staying he’d be there in 10min) still wasn’t there after 30.
Honestly just rent a car don’t use their service it’s way too expensive for what it’s worth.

The best, worst app I’ve ever used
Used TaxiClick in Ibiza with a group of friends this past week. This app felt like it was written by someone whose experience consisted of a few tutorials on YouTube. I don’t think they’ve ever heard of the term “user experience”.
Subpar user interface, and almost no indication of when a cab would arrive. More time was spent on the waiting screen animation than on the rest of the app.
That said, every time we called a cab one eventually arrived. It could be 16:00 in the afternoon or 4:00 in the morning; we were never stranded. It didn’t look pretty, but the app worked.
Some tips:
- Make sure you’re on semi-decent WiFi when making the initial call
- After requesting a ride, don’t close your phone or switch to another app
- Have someone waiting by the pickup location, because there’s a chance your ride will get there before you even know there is a driver

Poor interface, no way to track your request. Taxis are a monopoly on Ibiza so the app is basically worthless.

This app just makes me appreciate things developed in Silicon Valley so much more

Worst app and worst taxi service ever. If you’re going to Ibiza, stay at a hotel walking distance from the places you want to go.
Terrible app
Terrible user experience, doesn’t let you know when taxi is on its way or any estimated time of arrival. When you call the number to follow up, they say you booked something and it’s on its way then I was told when I called an hour later that nothing was booked. Ended up waiting 1.5 hours for a taxi at 8am. Would recommend getting a car or a driver. Useless

Fix up your app taxis barely come and sometimes had to wait 80 minutes because a taxi would come and say he can’t drive to our destination..

Worst taxi app I’ve ever used
I’ve travelled all over and used different apps etc. this app BARELY works, it’s so unpolished and unclear.
Then when you finally get to the stage where you can order a taxi, they just don’t show up. There’s no guidance or information as to why the ride just isn’t showing up. I couldn’t cancel the ride either. It also sent me a bill for €4 even though no ride showed up. Luckily I chose the cash option and didn’t input card details or I’m sure it would’ve charged my card automatically.
Tried to order a taxi 3 times and after 10-15 mins of waiting and seeing the same thing where drivers would accept the ride but never travel to us to collect us. We gave up and deleted the app.

It barely works
Sometimes I can get a taxi, but the timing and location is completely incorrect and it turns up when it does, not when the app says. Sometimes every taxi is cancelled after a few minutes of waiting. Other times the taxi isn’t even confirmed at all but somehow it turns up. The app is completely unreliable and you have no way of knowing if a taxi is coming or not, I’ve been stranded many times with this
