Still not working
Received an email from tech support telling me how to make it work, but unfortunately the suggested steps don’t help. Really liked it when it worked properly.
Tech supports sends another email basically saying , sorry - try the website instead. I suppose that means the app is dead for the foreseeable future.

No way to remove as it is now showing download to the cloud but it has failed.

Not working
The app will not work. Been like what for awhile. Looks like I'm not the only one who reported this. When it worked before it was handy. I hope it starts working again then maybe I can change my rating.

This app used to be great. Now it won’t open and I have vouchers in there that I paid for but can’t access. Fix this!

App will not open. Dowloaded it and it says there is an internet connection error. All my other apps work except this one. Any fix for this issue.
Month long failure to open.
This app has not worked for over a month now. I continue to receive an error message stating that it is failing to load. That occurs immediately as the app is opening. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, but without positive nor different results. I prefer the app over the website because the website is cumbersome. This app is absolutely wonderful when it is working. Please remedy this unfortunate conundrum. Thank you.

Doesn’t work
Tried to install on 3 iPhones and won’t launch. Giving a data setting error. Makes Cincysavers worthless if vendors enforce needing the app vs a paper copy.
What happened??
This app used to work great for me with no issues. Now it won’t even load! Keeps giving me an error message...c’mon guys you can fix this!
