NBS Fayetteville Academy

I need someone to contact me immediately in regard to this app and their association with NBS Fayetteville Academy. We had been getting charged monthly for this app and cancelled it due to not ever using it. Now I find I’ve been charged several more times on an entirely different account that I did not give permission for and there is no way to contact anyone at the above mentioned company without logging into the app and I refuse to do that for fear of being charged AGAIN for it. We came across this app due to a college student selling the books door to door. Maybe I should have known better? I feel I’ve been scammed and have been charged several hundred dollars for a service I do not use nor have ever used and currently I’m not even sure what I’m being charged for due to not being able to find anything online in regards to this company. I am extremely dissatisfied.

I paid for the subscription but can’t use it. It says I have an account and to sign in but then when I try it says user not found. It’s just a run around. Tried the skwids app and the homer app and both do the same crap. Worthless.
