Meditation timer for iPad
I like this app very much. Only complaint is with the constant option of going to Facebook or twitter to start, and the frequent loud advertisements for other apps at the end.
Invaluable
Simple and unassuming, this app helps keep my daily meditation practice going. Serious-sounding gong announces the beginning after a 10-second get-ready period, then sounds again half way through to encourage and keep me on my toes, and at the end when I wish happiness for all sentient beings, followed in 10 seconds with a more light-hearted gong to send me on my way. Wonderful.

New development
I selected this app years ago because it best suited my needs out of all the meditation apps I looked at. But lately, soon as the meditation ends with the sounding gong, a loud ad comes on. It is disturbing to what I am doing. If I try to “eliminate ads” I am asked to watch an ad once to drop ads for that day. If I can’t resolves this in another way, I will find another app, or just get a mechanical timer. Advertising seems so opposed to what meditation brings. Just my opinion.....

Meditation timer
The meditation timer is beautiful/elegant in its ease of use and chimes. I appreciate there is a free app version for home use. I didn’t give this app a five star only because it sometimes startles me with a loud advertisement at the end of the meditation period! It is quite contradictory. Not sure if I can turn that feature off? Thank you for the app. either way.

Love this app because it hits the simple necessities I was looking for in a perfect way.
Loud Ads
I don’t mind ads for apps. It’s just at the end of my meditation a really loud one has been coming on and reversing the meditation. I’ve been using this app for over two years and I’ve never had this problem. Silent ads are one thing. But ads with rock and roll are another thing entirely. This recent experience makes me want to delete this app and find a new one. Please correct this.
