New app appearance

Not very happy with the new app appearance would’ve just left things as this is a third time that they’ve changed the app appearance. Just want to get used to it. They change everything around.

New Version

I do not like this new version. It is inferior to the previous version and appears to be change for change’s sake. Bring back the old version.

Zero reason to bank here

Had an account with the local Credit Union acquired by GFA for decades, will be closing this account as soon as my direct deposits are moved to a new savings account. Garbage interest rate and lousy customer service via online, phone, and in person.

Does what it’s supposed to

So far so good. Been using the app for almost two years and haven’t had any issues. Thumbs up

Constant problems

Identity verification is a good idea, but it has to WORK.

Everything has a one-mistake-then-forbidden policy, and the only solution for EVERYTHING is “call customer service”. In other words, the app is total crap, just call… which by the way is only during banker hours so I hope you don’t have a job or anything.

It’s one thing if a game app doesn’t work, but dammit my BANK app REALLY needs to function properly! They should be ashamed of this mess.

Now I can’t even find out if my checks have been deposited.
It seems like the app is more for advertising now than for
customer support?
