Font is tiny & app does not support dynamic type font phone settings

There has to be a better way for this app to be more readable. The option to look at accounts though the menu option does give a slightly different view w/greater spacing & 2 colors, but the inability to increase the font size is frustrating. I would expect that the “customize” setting would have allowed this, yet not the case.

Accessibility means more than what I think this latest “upgrade” gives.

Worst IU I’ve ever witnessed

This app reminds me of websites from the early 2000s. It’s quite embarrassing to say the least. It really needs a complete makeover. It crashes so much for me and never remembers my user ID so I have to completely sign in over and over again. It’s very useless. It’s a shame because with the ongoing pandemic right now, this app would really help tremendously with transactions and whatnot. I’m very ashamed to be with GFA because of this app.

Used to work fine, but something went wrong

This app used was very accessible for a long time, but now it’s stuck on the loading screen and you can’t access anything. It’s very unfortunate that I can’t check my balance or transfer money through the app at all. Please fix this

App stopped working

I’ve used this app for the last 6 years and it has worked very well. Over the last two weeks, it has become very slow and when it does finally open, you can’t access any of the features. Something has gone terribly wrong and this needs to be fixed.

App doesn’t work.

Tried to open the app to use. I then uninstall the app thinking this would solve the problem and now I can’t even install the app.

Slowest app ever

Love GFA because it’s right next to my house but this app doesn’t even load. Gets stuck on the loading screen for a minimum of 5 minutes and sometimes never opens, stupid that I can’t even check my balance because of this app

Awesome!!!!

I love how easy it is to get access to my accounts. The mobile deposit is so easy to use. Also the ability to pay my bills via bill pay is awesome. I can pay them anywhere.

New Mobile APP

Great move GFA-love the fact that my online banking ID and password are the same as what I use for my mobile banking. The additional features of making transfers and pay my bills on my phone is a step in the right direction. I cannot wait for mobile or not deposit, keep up the improvements
