Bp app review
Excellent bop record. Only problem is transferring several years of data to my newer iPad. To which this app seems incompatible
I like the opportunity to add notes and it becomes a de facto diaryDeveloper Response
Hello - There are several ways of importing your old data into your new iPad. Please send me a message on support@evolvemedsys.com and I will be glad to walk you through it. ThanksMmm
Trying to cancel subscription and being ignored :(Developer Response
For refunds and cancelling subscriptions, you need to contact Apple directly. We do not control transactions as these are made directly between you and Apple. Here is a link from Apple on how to request refunds: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084Almost unusable, poor Healthkit integration
The ads in this app are extremely obnoxious. It’s almost impossible to evaluate the app to decide whether I want to pay for a premium subscription, because ads pop up at almost every tap. To be clear, I don’t mind paying for apps — but this is beyond the pale. Also, the app is very inconsistent about picking up HealthKit data. Often when I launch the app, the data shown is stale and there’s no obvious way to force a sync with HealthKit.Show lessWorks great; ideas for improving
I love this app. I just purchased the upgrade so i could track my wife’s data as well. A couple of things:
1. would like to be able to easily transfer data from one user to another as i forgot to go back to my user area and instead entered my data for several measurements into my wife’s data.
2. would prefer the weight data to remain the same once entered so i would not have to go back to the pinwheel each time to enter progressive data. Weight does not vary but by small amounts if at all so keeping it at the previous measurement until i enter the new data would also keep the charts more accurate if i do not weigh every day.
3. would like to see some of the tags on the main screen for my user data or maybe be able to show data for all users with tags delineating whose data is whose as comparison without having to use the filters.
Overall i like this user friendly functionality. Terrific job !!!Show lessDeveloper Response
Thanks for the great feedback! Highly appreciate it! 1 and 3 noted. We will plan these features in a future release. In the interim, A quick way of updating your wife’s data would be to export a CSV file, copy it into your folder and and importing this file into the desired profile. If you have any questions on how to do this, please send me a message on support@evolvemedsys.com For 2, you can do this by setting your weight in the profile screen. Then it will stay in this weight and you can change it whenever you need to. Again send me a message if you have any questions. Again Thanks for the feedback 🙏🏼Sync Issues
This app was working great for me until the syncs across devices feature stopped working. Then the synch to Dropbox stopped working. Now the best I can do is send an email to myself with back up data in hopes that the app will be updated in the near future. I have paid for the app to work, now it won’t. As an active person trying to make lifestyle changes to better my health I hoped this app would stick with me for the long haul, but I may have to move on if I don’t see these functions improve in the next few days. And from my research, deleting my app and reinstalling is not the answer.Show lessDeveloper Response
Update 12/1: Please update the app to version 6.1 we have resolved the issue you are facing. Thanks for your patience. Hello - You can still sync directly between your iPhone and iPad. You can also import/export your file with Dropbox or Drive. Please send us an email at support@evolvemedsys.com and we will be glad to get this resolved.Best health App
I love this App. This is one (of two) Apps I could not live without. I love the history function to see my progress. Great for recording weight loss. I have not upgraded due to not having smart watch. A must have App. Five stars.Developer Response
Thank you so much for your kind words 😊Misleading app
Be aware that this app does not measure your BP with your watch. This is not clearly mentioned so be aware. You have to input your data. Very disappointing! Wish they were more honest before I subscribed and wasted my money. Oh well. Only a few bucks but it’s about the principle.Developer Response
Sorry to hear about your experience. In our app description we clearly state that the app does not measure blood pressure. SmartBP allows you to record, track and analyze trends in your blood pressure. You can either manually enter your records or use a blood pressure monitor to sync with SmartBP through apple health. SmartBP alone does not measure blood pressure. You need a separate blood pressure monitor to measure blood pressure. For refunds and cancelling subscriptions, you need to contact Apple directly. This app is extremely easy to use with beautiful display and easy to read numbers. All entry is made super easy and you can make detailed notes. Time is entered automatically. By far the best customer/ technical support ever. We decided to install the app on my wife’s phone on Sunday, for some reason we couldn’t share the app with family sharing . So I reached out to customer service not expecting an answer till Monday. I was so surprised when I checked my emails a couple of hours later. Customer service responded to my question that fast. Button line is
the problem was fixed. I wish every developer was that good.
Thank you.Show lessGood app
Very useful app. Have seen spikes in BP that have been indications of other issues that I would never have known about otherwise.
Only thing is that iPad and iPhone are not automatically synced every time you open one or the other. I have other apps, such as a calorie counter that I only input on phone, but all data automatically appears on iPad when I open app. I know you can sync manually, but if it was automatic, then I would give 5 stars.
Would still recommend to anyone though.Show lessDeveloper Response
Hello - Thanks for your kind words. Reason we have it manually directly sync is the avoid having to go through an external cloud service. We are thinking of new ways to directly and also automatically sync between the devices. We will update you here when this is ready. Thanks again for the feedback.Make it better
Put a flashing cursor where the systolic is so I will know where to start. Slow the your your doing it wrong messages down so that I can read them before they disappear, or give Apple a message for me. I shouldn’t have to figure out how to make the device leave the messages on long enough to read them. If it is to save battery bragging rights, how much battery do they think I use trying to read a message that keeps disappearing before I can read more than a few words. Yes, I finally figured out that if I time the screen capture just right I can read it that way, but I’m an old man how coordinated am I supposed to be?Show less
