App makes no sense and often get messages in another language. Waste of money

There are no recipes included. You have to purchase recipes. Hard app to input info, no list of foods to choose from, just a list displayed that you can view and then guess your calories. Don’t bother with this app. It really doesn’t help you with this type of diet. I regret paying 0.99! The developer has not done this diet, otherwise they would realize so much missing. Also, any error message is in Russian. I don’t know what they mean. Totally got ripped off! Thank God it was only $.99.
