Nutrition data are based on recent United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) data, SR25.

Please note that this app is a tool to count Calories and keep track of what you have been eating, not to search recipies or information about 5:2 fasting diet.

Complete rebuild of the app to support newer versions of iOS. No functionality or data has been removed, just changed in design.
