To change your date of birth please follow the below instruction: Go to your profile-> Edit-> Date of birth Click on the date to open a calendar menu and choose the date. You can change the month with arrows on the right, or click on the month and year at the top to drop down a scroll menu.

Scammers

Be carful as I have been using this app for around 2 weeks had people interested in purchasing my images but then request me to send money to release the funds they sent to me I have now requested my account to be deleted as it’s so bad with scammers

It is not a way of selling photos on Foap. Please provide screenshots showing those users at support@foap.com, so we can delete and block them from Foap. If you sell a photo, you will be informed about it, because we'll send you a message congratulating you on a sale to your email, also you should receive a push notification to your phone.

Foap Review

Foap is my favorite photo platform. I have been a member of Foap for many years. I have enjoyed the Foap missions, because they are very challenging and allow you to hone your skills and as well as grow. I have met some very interesting and talented people from around the world on Foap. Matter of fact, not knowing where some of the countries were, I have had a quite a Geography lesson. I have encountered a few situations with Foap, but they were cleared up quickly by the Foap Team: Now, I do not leave home without my camera. Continue the awesome work.

Work on the app. My profile photo takes a few days to upload, as does my profile cover photo. I can't see my uploaded photos for days. I can't see if I'm participating in missions. I had to delete my photos and profile because I'm wasting too much time. Your application has an interesting idea, but it is not sufficiently worked out. I wish you successful development!

Glitchy

Glitchy, glitchy, glitchy. Did I say glitchy? They have some great photographers and good photos but…most of the time the app just spins and spins. You get stuck on a page or booted out. I decided to get off because of these issues and because the new missions were often videos which I am not interested in. I used to enjoy their missions because they were creative. Now it seems they’ve run out of ideas. It was a great idea but they don’t have the tech to make it user friendly and I can’t be the first one to complain of pages that won’t load or getting booted out and having difficulty signing back in. I can’t even figure out how to delete my account. I’ve deleted my photos but they kept showing up because of glitches. I’ll be hanging around until I’m sure I’m deleted but be careful what you upload because you may not be able to delete it. It was fun while it lasted, but I do not recommend at this point.

Misleading

Submitted some photos and won a few missions. I had over $50 so I was able to withdraw my winnings. I go to withdraw and it tells me it’s going to take a month which is strange since its through PayPal which doesn’t take more than a day or couple weeks. It’s a month past the deposit date and it still says “processing”. End of story, don’t waste your time with this app. There are apps that actually pay, unlike Foap.

App is going downhill

Loved this app so much when it came out. No need to buy coins or anything. I guess you HAVE to accept and understand they beed to make money some how.

New issue is they have no type of control for spam, a lot of scammers post comments on pics trying to have people click on their scam links. I actually spoke someone over at customer service and was told they would be looking into adding a feature to report scammers, this was years ago. I think I will be deleting Foap within a year or so. I just finished uploading new pictures and they get inundated with scam/spam comments, only thing to do is delete. I am thinking Foap needs these fake accounts for some type of benefits.
