Useful essentials
Seems to provide the essentials for a difficult language.

So far so good. Took me a minute to figure out what to do. But it's easy once one gets used to it.
Machine voice.
We can not understand what the machine says. To learn hungarian is a deception.
Speech is awful
I bought this to practise pronunciation before going to Budapest. The speech is awful, useless for my purpose. It sounds like a bad robot. Don't buy.

It's using voice synthesis tgat does not match correct Hungarian pronunciation. Not even clisely

No audio
This app is a great disappointment. The talking phrase book that is promised in the app store description does not work. The app is cheap but does not do what is says on the tin!

Speaks like a robot
Phrase book aspect is helpful. I was hoping for the audio, as Hungarian has many different sounds than English. However, the audio sounds like a cheap robot from the 80's....akin to "shall we play a game?" Terrible! When it gets to the Hungarian sounds, it switches from speaking to spelling. I was very disappointed from that perspective.
