Such a terrible service. What a joke. If you want to back up your photos there are much better options. I've been requesting cancellation for weeks and I'm still being charged. Keep billing me just cloud. Keep it up. Weeeee. I love it. This company needs to fold up and find a new scam. Yay. Keep charging me. Weeeeee

As per advertised... Free unlimited storage, this is a lie, only 1gb is free
Avoid
Terrible slow app. Backups are very slow if they work at all support blames it on my internet. Funny I have 75mb speed on my speed tests and all other internet apps work great. Will be cancelling and going to a company such as drop box

This app along with computer software is probably the most convoluted way of using any cloud storage, non existent technical support, stay well away from this, worst $70 I've spent, total waste of my time & money, stay well away from this company
Worst APP & Company EVER!!!!!
This app is rubbish, it's not free, which is what they were advertising, you are constantly contacted by Account Managers who pretend your dedicated AM but it swaps every time they send you a sales based email. When you try to remove the app from a MacBook it can't be done.

What the actual hell?!
For a company that deals with backup data, this app is unreliable, constantly citing connection errors. I've once tried to access my files via PC and failed. somehow my login credentials are constantly incorrect, despite checking. Support is virtually absent.
