Worthless
Totally useless for file sharing between devices. APPEARS to only backup videos, pictures, and music from iPad/iPhones... No xls, doc, or pdf files backup/sharing on those devices. However even the video, picture, and music capability appears to be "all or nothing" on iOS devices, and not able to select individual files for backup.
I made 3 attempts requesting technical support, but all I got were FAQ replies and attempts to sell me larger storage... As if I would buy MORE storage when I cannot select/share files across platforms with what I already have?!

Shady, shady company.
Don't trust this company with your data. I used them for over a year. The backup said it was running and updating everyday, but one day I went to the actual files and it had been 5 months since they'd updated. Contacted the company, which you can only do by email unless you're buying something, and this was the response:
"I am sorry to inform you that a temporary hold has been placed on your account which will prevent any further backup.
Regrettably this is due to a breach of our terms and conditions and specifically our Fair Usage Policy.
14. Termination and Fair Use Policy
If you have purchased a JC Product or Service that is inappropriate for your actual usage, JC may require you to switch to an appropriate JC Product or Service which may result in your having to pay JC additional fees for use of the appropriate product or to terminate your purchased JC Products or Services and refund, on a prorated basis, any fees paid you may have paid on the unused portion of your JC subscription.
We monitor the usage of our heaviest Unlimited account users, a dynamic margin is calculated based upon averages which, should a user fall into, we may require them to cease backup or move onto a business account."
For five months they didn't bother to inform me of this information but kept charging my account and the desktop backups kept running like everything was working. So shady.

The best solution for back up. I love it
Misleading
Yes you should scrutinise the terms and conditions but in all honesty when I signed up for this and purchased at the necessary bolt ons that justcloud freely told me about and as I pointed out to the company subsequently right at the beginning of the enquiry I informed them that I wanted to back up a 2TB external drive. So when I approached 600GB they stopped the process and said I needed to upgrade again to a different plan. I think they are misleading and frankly misleading. Regardless of T&c's when in an email you draft what your requirements and objectives are they should at that point tell you spending in excess of £300 is not going to achieve what you need.

Not a set and forget backup
Backup only appears to run when the app is running in the foreground.
Deceptive practices hidden fees
They will keep charging you like there is no tomorrow. They have no onshore presence. Refused to refund money after a day that it did not work. Tried to extend the contract at the same time I was getting emails for up sells, including increasing storage limit and faster speed. After I raised a claim with PayPal, the emailed me and then called me that they cancelled but would not release the money until I removed the claim. This would not give me any recourse should they fail to refund and is counter to Paypal policy. Thereafter I escalated it, and again they contacted me from the Philippeans saying the same line. Total of 10 emails still could not cancel.

just "a scam" cloud
This is a complete scam, app is horrible and the company is so shady. Just google "just cloud scam" and watch all the pages pop up. Read those before you download... if you dare
Sales pitches galore (plus hidden fees)
First you'll get endless emails from their salespeople. You sign up for one of their plans (because the emails keep lowering costs "40% off! No? How about 50? Alright, let's make it 60%!") and then find out that it's basically storage. Oh, you want to upload and download large files frequently? There's a cap on that, and it'll cost you extra. LOTS of extra services to purchase! Hooray!
Sarcasm aside, the costs go way beyond what you see on the surface. You might as well go for a more upfront company like Sugarsync as you know exactly what you're getting with your plan.
The app looks nice; minus several stars for the overbearing sales staff and the deceptive costs.

Unlimited storage is a scam
Looks to be nice and cheap, I paid two years up-front for the 'unlimited' plan. They then try and charge you extra if you want to backup a NAS or external HDD, if you want to backup video files or files over 1Gb in size, if you want a faster upload or pretty much anything else.
If you try and store more than around 1.5TB using their 'unlimited' plan they cut you off quoting a fair usage policy and offering to upgrade you to a business account for a huge amount extra. Fair usage to them is around 100Mb per 30 days... That's less than one 3-4Mb photo a day.... Hardly unlimited!
Avoid like the plague, I wish I had!
