an amazing app
i started losing wei and this app helped me a lot. i m making my muscles now
Not Too User Friendly
I wanted something where I could create my own workouts and edit them. I was unable to edit my workouts, and I found that realky frustrating. I did like that it had lots of exercises divided by areas of the body, but I can get that feature elsewhere.
Was expecting more
Not great- makes you formulate your own routine from a list with minimal guidance. Don’t offer free trial upon set-up either.

I had purchased this app on premium and with this new update, the money I paid has been neglected and they have replaced it with new ridiculous plans for trying to access the same exercises I had before. This is a big letdown. I will consider using other reliable fitness apps, I’m done with this one

I am a personal trainer.
Now i am telling all my clients to download the app first. Before we were tracking their workouts with old methods. Now we create a custom program and track them in this app. Easy for me easy for them. Also very nice feature to see the progress on a chart. Even i started to use it because of this feature. Well done
