Very poorly designed app, unable to actually use to get a parking permit. UI is god awful. The company is clearly a bunch of greedy leaches trying to maximize what sad, small profit they can get from predatory parking practices.

Horrible app! It rejected my parking pass twice! I had to pay fees both times! Not an easy application to use. Would uninstall and never use again if it was not required by my apartment place. SMH companies like this are ruining society

App was already impossible to navigate, then a glitch caused all of the text in the app to only display placeholder variable names. Have gotten several tickets just because I update my active vehicle one place in the app, and it is then listed as my active vehicle, but old plate numbers are still listed on my parking pass elsewhere in the app. Wish me getting parking tickets for the place I live wasn’t contingent on an app that can’t even display text properly!!

This app is not very user friendly and the customer service is difficult, the only way they will communicate is by texting

We pay our apartment/5280 160$ a month for reserved parking, but when someone parks in our spot, we have no directly line to a towing company. You have to leave a voicemail or text, and it takes ages for a response. The car will not get removed in a timely manner and you’ll be stuck trying to find somewhere else for the night.

Horrible service! Constantly giving me tickets on my car that is on auto pay ! This month of August they put 3 parking tickets on my car!

Hi, I ment to write this earlier. Pretty level headed forgiving guy, but this experience is horrible. 

Often it won’t read license plates, mine is a rescue one, but still should be able to read all license plates. I often have to go back and forth in car, a few times to trigger. And many times doesn’t work

Staff is friend, but that’s about the only postive. 

It should work. Several times a month it just breaks (total cluster).

And now a 25% increase with just a 9 day notice by email? What a rip off and heist! 

Horrendous experience: FIX YOUR business model and platform.

The service is awful! I mean, I can’t even with how hard it is even with humans to get them to follow through to do anything. It’s just one thing after the other constant. The only thing that this 5280 parking is good at… Is not doing anything.
