## What is 528Hz Emotions?

528Hz Emotion uses a healing technique to clear "hurtful baggage" and has amazing results! Many people do not realize that emotions vibrate at a certain frequency. Love is one of the highest, vibrating at 528Hz, shame being one of the lowest, at 20Hz and hundreds of emotions vibrating at low number. Sometimes these lower, hurtful emotions become trapped and cause imbalances that can cause mental and physical issues. This is a healing technique to help clear those hurtful emotions, putting your body back in a balanced state.
