And without that, if location tracking isn’t on, searching for possibly stolen bikes is useless (returns hits from far off countries) ### 1/5 — App does not work can’t save country *2022-08-28, version 2.12* The country selector is just a blank box. Check back, no serial number. I’ve tried twice, same result. Now most of the app is functional: I can see and edit my registered bikes and see the alerts of stolen ones. But it remains extremely slow, a poor user experience. The UI it outdated. And I don't understand why I receive each notification twice. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it. I’ve logged in on my browser so I know my password is all correct. Basically a glitchy app that they don’t seem to want to fix. Look at the reviews. I tapped in the email field and got the keyboard, but no option to autofill. That’s a red flag for me. I think their must’ve been an update because my app has worked fine. Registered 3 of my bikes and I didn’t have any issues during the process. Pictures were easy to upload. Ordered their little decals for my bikes. Hope I never have to use it 🫣 ### 5/5 — App runs well / Good service *2023-01-19, version 2.20* I have my bike registered. I get notified whenever a bicycle in my area is stolen. In about 5 mins the app helps you capture important details like serial number and pictures of the bike. I hope I never have to use it but the stolen alert feature notifies other users in your local area to be on the lookout for your bike. Police can’t identify owners of stolen bikes when they are recovered — unless the bike is registered. The only personal information required to register was my email address. ### 4/5 — Found bikes section *2023-07-12, version 2.25.04* I feel like the apps is missing a found bikes section. Registration of bike (or multiple bikes) is straightforward. However the fact that you cannot add your phone number where it requests to add your phone number leaves one questioning the overall effectiveness & reliability of the program. Please correct this so we know it’s just an overlooked minor bug. ### 3/5 — Account gone *2023-12-20, version 2.40.00* I had first signed up and registered my bike. Then I deleted the app. Then I tried to reinstall the app and get back in, but my account was gone. This all happened within a few months. Does one need to keep an app on the phone when it may be months or years in between before a theft happens. Why automatically delete peoples accounts? I assume that was what happened. ### 3/5 — awkward, difficult *2022-10-26, version 2.12* The intention is wonderful, it seems. The project is worthwhile and overdue. The app and the website do not flow. They are frustrating, non-intuitive, and glitchy. They both give me a headache.
