My subscriptions and back issues have disappeared
Very clunky app. It has been very slow to load.
I bought a back issue subscription. Which has now disappeared. I email for help was asked to provide a screen copy of my receipt and join pocketmag.
I provided the receipt but I've not joined pocket mag so they are unable to add my missing sub.
I do not want to join. I'm rather overwhelm with all the marketing I get now.

App is not working. So far this the first app to give me trouble since the day ipad3 came out so I know it's not me. Please let me know when it is fix.
