数回に一回真ん中にOKボタンがくる仕様のせいで、一部広告が飛ばせない場合が多々あるのですが仕様ですか？

しかもその広告の中にエラーで閉じないものも含まれており、全く先に進めない。

ポイントを減らすならクリア条件も変えるべきです。
3ポイントなら30回でミッションクリア。
2ポイントなら20回でミッションクリア。
とすべきで、条件変えずにポイントだけ減らすのは卑劣極まりない詐欺師と同じです。
あなた達は詐欺師ですか？

自分達の利益ばかり考えてユーザーに負荷ばかり負わすのは広告収入運営として卑劣極まりないです。
