Forget coming here for any kind of breaking news...or barely current news either.
In a word, stale. KESQ isn’t much better...
I think the app is just an afterthought, and no effort is put forth to make it a viable go-to source for any real news.
There was a multi agency fire in Cathedral City last night...12 Engines responding. Nothing about it on the app this morning. Last night at eleven pm, KESQ led with the story, with a reporter on scene...KMIR, oops sorry...NBC Palm Springs ... led with old news.. Same effort put forth on this app apparently..

KMIR.COM is too repetitive, much too NBC left wing, and too many reporters do not speak correct English. A sad story🤪

Having moved from MN the NBC affiliate app is the same format but content is soooo lacking and not up to date. It really is disappointing.

awful, I'd give this app negative stars if it was possible, why even have an app if you don't update it and delete old stories. nothing about this app is good
Not enough current news!
I turn to your app for current information, but often find old news, especially on the weekend. Example - RV fire at Stagecoach was in your top three stories for 5 days! Become a tool and resource for Coachella Valley residents, and visitors. Make this a priority.
Disappointed
While this valley news app exceeds the others, still the urgency of adding new items is lacking. I too often check for "news" in the morning and evening with nothing new reporting. It's almost as if this app does not have an assigned reporter, but gets secondary attention. I'm keeping it, but ...
KMIR great news app
Love this app! Keeps me up to date but not a lot of clutter. Only notified when it's REAL breaking news. Highly recommend it.

Big changes on this new version! Great local and national news feed. You can even watch the Livestream of the broadcast without commercials!
