Good and hopefully will get better
I purchased the iPhone version today. With the first one not working and a return to the store to exchange it, I finally got one that worked. I ran some tests and the device itself seems to work well. No failed readings yet. The software however is not up to par just yet.
One major failing is that it does not allow you to flip the compare swings, so as a left hander I cannot compare my swing to the pro swings provided which are both right handed. A major bit of functionality which has been left out. I contacted their support who contacted me within a day and this missing functionality is coming in an update.
Some other functionality which is missing but in competitive products is the ability to pan around a swing giving more than the current 2 views. It also only comes with 2 pro swings and no lefties are included. The backswing and downswing are also difficult to distinguish and the arrows on the lines are not much help. Being able to change the color of the downswing to a different color than the backswing would help significantly.
I give this 5 stars for customer support and 3 stars for the software which I'm sure will improve over time if their great customer support is anything to go by.
I will be testing the device against a Trackman soon but initial thoughts are that it will be in acceptable tolerances so I'd rate it a buy.

Needs iPad app and customization
Great tool or golfers looking to get better, but please allow us to customize which data points to show on the home screen. I would like to see some sort of attack of angle or launch angle data points, and multiple clubs ie (multiple Drivers or Fairway woods) to track and compare witch is the right club. Shaft length is customizable but I would also like to see customizable loft options. All in all a good app; No Bluetooth issues, did get 1 error out of 40 swings using my iPhone 5.

Great app when loads
I have the device and downloaded the app all was gd until I went to the range and the app would not load just kept going bk to home screen
Meh at best
Cool idea, but pretty bad user interface. Really hard to use… cheap looking graphics. Has potential, but not there yet… long way to go.
Such a great tool...but could use some usability updates
Just got my GSA device yesterday and tested it out a little. This thing is great and will add so much to my practice sessions giving me real-time feedback on my swing. That being said, I have a few suggestions for the developer to make it even better:
1. Add more pro swings to compare against. It's very valuable to see your swing arc overplayed with someone else's. Having more options would be even better.
2. Allow for adding notes and/or changing titles of saved swings. I can see it getting a little confusing after adding several swings to pick apart which was what. If I could have an instructor swing it and save that as separate from my swings somehow that was easily recognizable it would be great.
3. Make native for iPad (iPhone 5 for that matter) to give us more screen real estate and provide more info on a single screen.

Would rate it 5 stars with small changes
The sensor is easy to attach making it simple to change clubs and is not subject to movement which could distort face angle data.
App provides more than enough data but it would be nice to see an overhead view of the swing in addition to the front and target views.
The carry case is excellent to protect the sensor.

Ok App
Easy to use app but it still needs some cool things like 3d rotation of the swing, data export to different formats, more PGA profiles, ability to draw over the video, I know it's a lot, but the device is worth an app with all those features

I don't see an app for the iPad like it says.
Great device......but,
Small and very easy to use. App is great on the iPad and Bluetooth transmission is very quick. Had an initial problem with some of the readings not working, but the recent update sorted that. I do think that you need to work out if the distance readings are accurate for you. Mine seem to be about 10% higher than I know my distances to be.(7 iron shows 170 yards when I know that it is 155 in reality).
However.....I contacted 3Bays over two weeks ago with some questions regarding the readings and I have heard nothing. Not great customer service for something that costs £200.
Having said that, great device and a lot less expensive than some others on the market.
