Very Good app for bp readings
For the purpose of tracking blood pressure this is an awesome, easy to use app!
Pros: automatically enters the current date & time- with the option to edit, note area, color coded readings, has healthy goal numbers listed
Cons: because I like the format of this app & the ease of using it, I want it to do more. My wish list would be to include blood sugar readings & medications tracker with a drug database.

Super simple and useful
An intuitive interface makes this app very easy to use... I was using my notepad on my ipad to keep track of my BP and heart rate, but this app keeps better track and allows me to compare with graphs. Who knows, this may be a lifesaver for someone. I heart-ily recommend this app!
It's OK
Nice interface, easy to use and read. Requires a weight, so if you don't weigh yourself, it uses the weight from the previous entry, which greatly reduces accuracy of weight average. Would get more stars if not for this. Not worth paying for full version.
Just the job
Great app. It does most of what I need to keep track of my health situation. The only data entry option missing is body temperature, but I am using the Note entry option for that.
Love this app
I've only been using this app a couple weeks and already love it. Especially like how i can set to automatically email myself or doctor a record (daily, weekly,....) how I'm doing.
Excellent app with somewhat unscrupulous marketing approach
I use the term unscrupulous because Maxwell Software doesn't bother to tell you up front that the so called "free" version of this app is really just a demo that times out after 50 entries. By letting you get 50 days into recording your blood pressure you unexpectedly find yourself with unusable "free" software (that includes advertising) after getting yourself pretty invested in this otherwise well crafted app and are now faced with the choice of upgrading to the paid version or starting from scratch with a new BP monitor. Why not call it a demo in the first place rather that calling it free?
The app functions well, is well thought out and has excellent export features including PDF. One major complaint is the lack of full screen graphs. The graphing capabilities are otherwise excellent but too tiny to be of practical value. Another niggle is the "ugly" color scheme that is less easy on the eyes or as graphically appealing as other competing apps.
Avoid this app if you are looking for a free app (with ads) that you can use indefinitely or just check it out for a brief period knowing it will time out on you. Don't get sucked into keeping a record of your blood pressure that you'll have to abandon after 50 days if you don't like the way it feels to get manipulated into the paid version.

Don't waste your time
The free version of this app is hobbled to the point of being useless for anything except as a preview of the paid version. Many features are turned off or don't work, but the biggest limitation is the restriction on the number of readings that can be entered. The transition from the free app to the paid app is also disappointing.
Either go straight to the paid version or try out one of the many alternatives.
Quite simply not worth the time it takes to download. If I knew what I was getting before downloading I wouldn't have bothered.

Great app but...
I'm actually loving the app; however another review comment helped me to appreciate that at some point I will need to convert to the full version to continue to have the option to add entries. I agree that should not be disclosed.
Good app but.....
I found this app to be useful and it forced me to be mindful of my blood pressure. I would have given it 5 stars except when I got to 50 inputs I discovered there was a limit to inputs and I could not erase previous inputs. In other words, Buy the full version or tough luck! You might have put that somewhere in your app description.

Highly Recommended
Being a health professional myself, I would highly recommend this app to anyone who wishes to keep track on their BP. It is simple yet effective in its daily use, and will provide any medical professional the information they need on that patient concerning historical BP information.
