Irritating

Really damn annoying that you don’t have an option for English. Greeks aren’t the only people in Greece. Lots of foreigners live or stay long term. The fact that you can’t be bothered to translate the app into one universal language is really irritating given that I now have to waste time to go back to the damn phone store and have them set this stupidity up. AGAIN!

Pointless

Apparently they have the best esim service in Greece but the app isn’t in English soooo I guess I’ll never know. Don’t bother downloading if you don’t know Greek!

No English Language support

On the App Store your have both Greek and English listed as languages, this isn’t the case, and reading previous reviews, it was said this was planned for the future, that was 2 years ago. Will there be English language support coming soon or do I need to keep screenshooting each page and using google to translate it? Hopefully support comes soon as I’m sure the app would be more favourable if I didn’t have to keep switching apps to use it

Τελείως δυσχρηστο

Η εφαρμογή είναι τελείως δύσχρηστη όπως και η υπηρεσία. Λαμβάνω 100 χιλιάδες μηνύματα από την εταιρεία συνέχεια. Επίτηδες δεν με αφήνει να επιλέξω το ποσό που θέλω να κάνω ανανέωση για να πληρώνω πάντα περισσότερο από ότι είναι το πακέτο. Γενικά η πιο χάλια υπηρεσία που έχει υπάρξει για καρτοκινητή αίσχος

Θα προτείναμε να ελεγχθεί αν έχει γίνει ενημέρωση στην τελευταία έκδοση της εφαρμογής καθώς και να δοκιμάσεις είσοδο σε αυτή μέσω των δεδομένων. Εφόσον εξακολουθήσει κάποια αδυναμία, μπορείς να μας δώσεις περισσότερες πληροφορίες μέσα από το email appstoresupport.GRC02@cosmote.gr για να ελεγχθεί περαιτέρω.

Bad language

Can change the app to English at all , even after manually selecting English in settings for the app , it’s only available in Greek. Useless without the ability to change the language.

The app works well but I wish there were language options.

Won't accept any card that is not Greek

TransferWise revolut and others simply are rejected

We would suggest checking if there has been an update to the latest version of the application as well as trying to log into it through the data. If any weakness persists, you can give us more information through the email appstoresupport.GRC02@cosmote.gr so that it can be checked further.
