If you don’t read Greek you’re lost with this app.

Terrible for travellers . No English translation completely useless if you don’t understand Greek language . The Company should have English translation so I can update my credit . Useless .

No language options

As Cosmote is the largest telecommunications carrier in Greece, which by the way relies on tourism, they should make it a priority to offer language services for their app. From reading past reviews, they have been “working on it” for over 3 years. I’m afraid this is not good enough! The developers response to my review is very funny and consistent with their interest in reviews. It will probably be deleted once it is reviewed again!

Good functionality, needs English option

Easy and clear access to key data (remaining minutes, SMS and data).

Please add an option to switch to English text to help us tourists still learning Greek.

Another year another empty promise

Year after year “whatsup” tells us all they are working on English language support and it never comes. Either they only have seasonal interns working on it or they honestly do not care. This is the slowest app development in history. And now with the biggest tourism boom the country has seen in a long time, they still do not support English as a bare minimum. The competitors offer English 🤷🏻‍♂️.
Also on the website as well as on the app, there is no customer support. They miss manage data and double book your purchases and in the end you only get half of what you paid for. Simple automation stuff. Not to mention the 50text messages you continuously get, bombarding you with useless information and specials. Bravo OTE ta kataferete pali.

We're sorry for the experience you describe, however the advertising campaigns related to our application are done with the permission of the user. However, we will transfer your experience to the relevant department for consideration.

Good but needs a few more things

I think a language change option would be good on this platform, I can speak and understand Greek but can’t read too well. There should be a setting to change language for people like me and tourists

Ridiculous to sell this service to tourists and the app is ONLY in Greek
