How to take a site from excellent to horrid
Dear MSB developers, I wonder if you could explain the reasoning behind the current software change? The site previously was fantastic, with all info at a glance. Hands down, you had the best banking site.
Now you’ve created a look where one must click on various tabs to see all the info one used to see at a single glance - and it isn’t even user friendly. Why anyone would take an excellent site and slash it to a fraction of what it was blows my mind. Please change it back and refer to the adage: “IF IT AINT BROKE, DONT FIX IT”

New app
Where is the fingerprint access? If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Very disappointed.
Great bank, broken app
Tried to eDeposit a check. After taking the back photo it would kick me out to the login screen. This happened 5 times in a row. When I finally was able to get the pictures without being kicked out, it said my deposit attempts had been exceeded.

eDeposit issues
The newest upgrade makes the camera not compatible. When attempting to take a picture of the check, the view of the image is inconsistent and turned around. Sometimes it corrects itself, sometimes I’m just snapping a few photos until I get it right. The older version was better. Middlesex bank does not offer Zelle. That’s not an “app issue”, the bank itself is just behind the times.

Force me to upgrade to junk
Wanted to deposit a check. I was forced to upgrade.
Failed to load camera is the error message.
Why? The camera works fine for my other apps on iPhone 8.

Photo rotation problem
In the updated app, Photos of checks are all 90 degrees off an aligning the check with the camera is frustrating. When the camera and check are both in landscape orientation, the image is in portrait orientation and it’s a weird experience getting them lined up on my iPhone. My first mobile deposit was rejected due to poor image quality.

Latest Update
The eDeposit function in the latest update of the app is very disorienting. The camera is automatically rotated and trying to take a picture of the check while looking at a screen that is rotated perpendicular to the check is frustrating and disorienting.
