No longer a free option!
Now there is no free option, so disappointed! I used to love this app. But now it seems to be changing and less can be done without paying, so I’ll be looking for a different app. The main cons of this one are that you can’t tell the size of the background picture so it takes a while to find one that fits the text. And it doesn’t allow a watermark without paying.Show lessSu Red

The application is buggy. The shadow feature doesn’t work. I’ve tried to contact customer service multiple time and got no response from them.
Other than that it’s a great application for creating text on image content.
I’m using both Quote Maker and Typorama. It would be great to have one but fully functional app. They have not interchangeable features like ability to crop in Quote Maker ( not in Typorama), and styles in Typorama that don’t exist in Quote Maker.Show lessMarkTaylorBlog
Was better before there was a charge.
Why is it after one has used this app for a few years, and then they start to charge you a hefty fee, things don’t work as well?
Don’t change things when they don’t need fixing. Other than a few changes that I’m not happy about, it’s a pretty good app.Cindow22
App broken after update
This is my go to app for thumbnails but the recent update won’t let me edit my projects anymore. I can’t add shadows or colored shadows to any texts anymore (the option literally doesn’t work), and they removed the black and white grit textures? I can’t even adjust text opacity anymore and saving your photos “Raw” doesn’t work. (Only shows text on black screen) Why are you asking for money after this?? I’ll pay you to fix the app instead, pleaseShow lessYerBoyDrew
Was my go-to app
Loved this app. Used to post quick and easy athletic posts on our booster page. Now, the fonts I used most are “Pro”. Plus, app is harder to navigate after the recent update.
I’ve been using for over two years. Nothing is free anymore! Such a bummer. Time to find a new free app.Lightalsom
No New Features?
I honestly love this app. But now I have to pay $30 a year and there have been no updates to the app. I am rather disappointed and hope there will be new features. I’ve been using this app for years.TMTMOM
Used to Love Until Now
Used to love this app and used it quite often, but recently they changed it so you pretty much can’t use anything unless you buy it. Half the free options don’t even work and all the decent styles are now the pro option. Really sad because it really was a fantastic app. It’s just not worth the pricing. Can’t key in more than one word
I like this app, however it’s not sophisticated enough to handle more than one word at a time when you are searching for pics. Example: if you want to look for “wild flowers”, or “pumpkin pie” it locks up and will not work again unless you delete the app and then add it back on…it’s soooo frustrating. Wow!
This is a surprisingly good app! Easily customizable text you can add very quickly. Usually, I would open up Photoshop or Illustrator for serious design work, but this is really great for quick little family things like invites and other non-paid jobs. My only main complaint is that you can only use it vertically. It makes it kind of annoying to do on ipad pro.Show lessnubbs88
