  • I want to love but…

The response time when you tap a selection is quite slow, whether or not the feedback is on or off. I’ve had multiple clients get frustrated, trying to make it switch to the next prompt by tapping multiple icons, which, then inadvertently creates a problem when the system registers those taps as incorrect selections for the next prompt. I don’t know if the software needs to be updated to work with next generation iPads or if there could be a way to increase the response rate when targets are selected! Other than that gives great information needed for AAC assessments!

  • Sound does not work

This app was instrumental in my many evaluations for years but the sound mysteriously stopped working about 6 months ago and nothing I do seems to fix it. It’s pretty useless without that.
  • App isn’t working at all

I purchased the app and it won’t show up in my device as an app that I have purchased, but it is on the Home Screen. I can open and use the app, but there is no sound to prompt children. Not sure if it is that my iPad is old or is the app just isn’t supported. I really like gathering some information using this app, but the fact that I paid money for it and it doesn’t work is disappointing.

  • Doesn’t save results

    I learned the hard way.
  • Response feedback issues

I love the information this app provides, but I’ve had issues with the response feedback lately. I prefer to turn off response feedback because it makes the assessment take longer. However, when it’s turned off, there is no indication that I’ve selected a response at all when I select the correct response. It does, however, make a click sound when I select the wrong response. I would like there to be a quick uniform response regardless of the accuracy of the selection.

  • No sound

Similar to the issue from the previous reviewer, there is no sound. I have followed the steps the developer provided in the response but there is still no sound. This has never been an issue with any apps I’ve owned in the past. Don’t waste your money

Please contact me at webmaster@humpsoftware.com and I will be happy to help you resolve the problem you are having. If toggling then mute on and then off did not fix the sound problem, resetting the iPad settings has also restored sound for users. Go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings and then follow the on-screen instructions. Iif asked, set up as a new iPad, don't Restore.
  • What is going on?

This app was amazing now it’s a nightmare. It shuts down constantly and loses data mid-test. Then later it erases students completely. PLEASE FIX IT. It was so useful!

  • Helpful, gives great AAC info, needs some fixing

Hi, so excited about this app! I’ve started using it with my clients and I love the info it provides.

I am having the same issues that another reviewer left in May, and I see there was a reply saying there would be an update to fix the bugs, but they are still there. Clients disappearing and starting at strange places if you accidentally exit and try to return.

  • HELP!

This app has the potential to be great. However, I have this app on three different iPads and it will not talk on any of them. I have looked and looked for troubleshooting info to no avail. I can’t find a phone number on Hump Softwares web page. I tried googling for the number and can’t find that. I just want someone to help me figure out why it will not talk. Yes, my volume is up on all three iPads! Maybe this will get the developer to contact me. Can anyone help?

This issue happens across apps. It may be an issue with the iPad audio driver. If the iPad isn’t accidentally on mute, these steps will restore sound. Go into settings General Settings Set the Toggle function to lock screen exit out of settings Go back to settings and then general settings Then set it to mute Use the toggle to mute and then to unmute Set your toggle how ever you like it Make sure volume is up Please note that the iPad Air 2 and above does not have the toggle function because there is no longer a toggle switch. However you can use the same method by swiping up the control panel and turning the lock on then mute / unmute.
  • Love it when it's working

This app is great and can provide very functional information, but I find that most of my clientele that I use this with get deleted somehow, which makes data comparison from administration to administration nigh impossible. Even completing it across two therapy sessions becomes difficult because the app will delete patients.
