Send files to air bank
Please make a way in next update to send files from iPhone to Airbank.
I know it's possible about photos and videos but not about other files

I'm very disappointed with the App. App does not see the AirBank images that are all loaded onto the device. All I see is blank folders.
The device does not come with a manual. Had to download it from internet. Very poor instructions on usage of the lights, buttons, and charging information.

Pqi air bank issues
Just bought my pqi air hoping it would solve my storage problems, the drive does not support wmv, flv and others formats for playback. Also I download and read a lot of PDF magazines the app fails to open large PDF files.
It would be much help if there will be a update to fix these problems, it would make a mediocre product become a great one.

Worked really well till the update now I can't use it won't load videos etc
PQi app
Works sometimes. Find it to be very buggy. Crashed many times and need to refresh data often. The PQi air bank also experienced failure to read hard disk. Need to check and repair disk partition. Wish they use a more robust file format instead of NTFS.
Not too bad but
One problem is the very limited file format support, for example there is no Audiobook file format supprt

Good but even better if more video formats ( mkv, flv, avi etc) would be supported in the near future.
Airbank-- need a lot of fixing to be a mature product
Great idea on the airbank product but the developer must fix the problem on files uploaded from ipad to airbank app immediately :
The original file names are changed to a bunch of
30 digits in distinguishable files name After the upload .The dates all changed to 1980 jan 1 And losing all other files info as well.
The download seems to be ok for now .
I just bought the I T airbank yesterday with great expectation of what it can do for me . But was totally disappointed that the upload routine was so flawed that it is not usable .

The hardware is good, well put together and is easy to connect. The app works well but needs some more functionality eg when you get to a directory of pics you should be able to swipe through them like in camera roll not just see one file then select again from the menu to view the next one. Also you need to be able to slide the directory or file browser away so you can use the full screen to view images. Not used it for videos yet but the same rules should apply. The company website is professional but FAQs for the Air Bank do not exist and the contact email gets no response when you ask questions. Good product but as I say needs a bit of work to make it truly great, it is all there for the taking!
