EDreams a nightmare
Don’t touch this platform. It’s caused me so much stress. I’ve been trying for a month to change a flight due to a medical emergency. I’ve made at least 10 phone calls and sent 10 emails to no avail. Now I want to cancel my membership and can’t. You can never get an answer to your problem. You give all your details to an agent who is almost unintelligible, they put you on hold and then transfer you to another agent. They tell you to call back in 48-72 hours. And then you go through the whole rigamarole yet again. They send apologetic emails promising a resolution but it never happens. You cannot reply by email. They are experts at fobbing you off and wearing you down so you eventually give up. Be warned. It’s not worth the stress and anxiety. Stick with direct booking.

I cancelled my membership then my flight got cancelled from the airline so when they received my refund they deducted my membership which it was for free and then gave me the rest 😂😂. This is really bad
This is a FRAUD AND A SCAM
They will charge your credit card to force you to become a prime member and refuse to refund and cancel once you call them they offer you a discount on your next flight even if you are not flying
When asked to escalate or to give you the telephone # they refuse

Prime subscription fraud
After registration they automatically sign you up for their prime subscription.
You get an email with a title resembling to a welcome email which is very easy to overlook. No mentions of ‘action required’ or ‘important’.
If you then fail to cancel this subscription yourself within 15 days, your credit card will be charged and they don’t issue any refunds.
Their support service says it’s no longer possible at this stage.
I’am going to contact my bank to dispute this fraudulent transaction.

Please do not use this third party travel agency they have little to no customer service.
My partner was in hospital with pneumonia and we tried to contact them via phone, waited for 15 mins and no answer even though on the app it quotes “almost all calls are answered with in 60 seconds”. I then proceeded to talk with a chat bot who then put me through to a person to talk to via there chat service they were no help and said we need to contact the airline. Airline was Air Asia and they say exactly the same thing. Absolutely disgusted with the service……

Worst
I’m still on hold, they didn’t email me when my flight was moved to 12hrs later. And now they have changed me again for a Prime membership I canceled last year. It’s a scam!!!!!!!
