Cymera keeps freezing while I’m trying to use it.
I’ve been using this app since forever but lately it freezes when I wanna use the “liquify” option and I can’t use my phone or the app until it pops out of the app onto my screen menu. My app is updated and I have no idea why this keeps happening.Atra99
Crash & Burn
I’ve used & loved Cymera for a few years without issues but suddenly it crashes every time I try to edit a photo. I uninstalled & reinstalled with no luck.cybercougar
Liquify
Liquify does not work anymore you can edit your pic with liquify and when you press the check to confirm the edits the photo goes back to its original form and you cannot save the picture anymore because the edits were undone so you did not change anything .Scooby laton

I have been using this app for many years but lately it has been freezing my iphone, glitching and not cropping correctly when I try to crop it makes my photo oddly wide looking please fix the bugs and glitches because this app has always been my favorite photo app update : I still cannot crop photos without it becoming a weird stretched looking image. And when I use the liquify tool it makes my phone freeze still and it never did that before it’s been acting up the past week and a half now… Edit : still having the same issues , when I crop it stretches the picture longer and when I use the liquify feature it still freezes the screen and it takes a while to be able to finally unfreeze the screen… this issue been happening for about a month now as of Oct. 4th, 2023. Also the app is and has been up to date. I have iOS 16.6.1 my iPhone is also up to date. Where do I contact someone ? It says contact with screenshots of the issue but there’s no contact infoShow lessMy experience with the app

Hello, please update the Cymera app to the current version. Go to the App Store and update Cymera. An unexpected quality deterioration occurred during the process of switching the program language according to iOS market policy. An update was performed after checking the expected cause, but a clear solution could not be found, so the Liquify function was restored to the previous version. Thank You.It freezes :(
It freezes too much and always when I’m almost done with editing my pictures. Then boom it froze and closes & I have to start all over again. I don’t want to delete this app :( I’ve been using it for 4 + years. it’s the best one out there!Susie12345678999

Since the last update my photos are being distorted when cropping 🤷🏻♀️for years I have loved this Ap and I’m not sure why this is happening nowNikk!113

This has been my go to app for YEAAARS and now all of a sudden when you click to liquify the bubble doesnt come out when you touch screen it only appears as you try and edit and when you save the quality ofthe picture goes down heavily was not like thisbefore you could liquify picture and not much quality would go down now it has gotten badShow lessDeveloper Response
