What happended to my media fire account

Login non standard
Never really got the app working. The login page is annoying as it tries to inherit iCloud chain info then ignores it. User details do t stick properly, and it does not auto upload photos once it does work . Feels like it needs software updating to use current standard protocols , feels too much like it was not written by mainstream developers using industry standardsShow lesshazzabol
Apple TV app is total garbage
I had been looking for a cloud service that has an Apple TV app in order to access media files on the TV and it looks like MediaFire is the only one that does. But the app is completely useless. If you open any photo file, the app freezes and you cannot even get back to the previous menu or folder. Even if you close the app and come back to it, it’s still stuck on that photo, so it requires a restart of the Apple TV in order to get back to the main menu!
But actually it gets even worse. I deleted a few photos and renamed a video, all in the iPhone MediaFire app. When I then tried to use the Apple TV app again, it just crashed. I then deleted the app, re-downloaded it and logged in again - and same result: it instantly crashed. So now it is •literally• useless.
I’ve used Mega, Dropbox, Google Drive, Yandex, and PCloud and they are all, needless to say, vastly better than this utter junk app. I just wish one of them had an Apple TV version of their app.Show lessLeftyStrings
Super buggy but simple app
This app would get five stars because of its simplicity and effectiveness. Except for the fact that a lot of the time when you upload a file, it will go from 0% to 100% then suddenly go back to 0%. And it'll go back up to 100% and loop like this indefinitely. Because of this glitch, it gets 2 stars, but this app has potential!Show lessSansandPapyrus77

I tired to make an account has fast as I could but noooo it said this form has been inactive for a while please try again no I won’t FIX IT if it’s not a bug then say what’s wrong other than saying inactive and restart the page it’s confusing!LissieRT
Doesn’t show storage usage
MediaFire is good. I had been using it a couple of years ago and recently restarted using it. The app is great but it’ll be really convenient if the app would show how much storage I’ve used up and how much is left, and if the “Account” settings could open in-app instead of the browser.shkaten
By far, straight up pointless to me.
I don’t understand why this app even exists, it can’t even do one of the things it should be doing, which is downloading stuff. No matter how hard I try, it’s pointless. Media Fire is really bad in my eyes, but thats my opinion. Do what you want. Download it if you want to. I don’t care. I just really despise this app on a whole new level.Show lessTicTacsRule

Login Problems
I used to really like MediaFire app but with all the recent updates it has giving me nothing but headaches. Every single time there’s an update it forgets my profile information and can’t log back in, even when my keychain has saved my login credentials. Please don’t fix it if it’s not broken…Papillion_13
HELP!!!
Apple pro 13 it will not allow the app to open. I have deleted it then downloaded it again. It allowed me to enter the user/pass and it just closes the app out automatically. Is this app support by safari or only google?4Runner11
