司機們都很熱情親切 但還是希望能新增「不想聊天」的選項 讓乘客在叫車時可以選擇安靜模式 並讓接單的司機知道乘客不想聊天 這樣的設計對內向或需要安靜空間的人會更友善

The app is great. However I realized you make a lot of unnecessary updates. Please update the GPS so that whenever I get a taxi, the GPS doesn’t go out into space and show me a view of the world map. Also I understand you want to place ads to increase revenue, but please allow me to minimize it so I can see clearly where my taxi is at. The ad literally takes up 1/2 to 2/3 of my screen.

I want to bring attention to a recurring issue with the app that has caused me frustration and unnecessary costs. Once you confirm a designated driver, all of the driver’s information disappears from the customer’s side of the app. The details (driver name, ETA, etc.) only flash for a few seconds and then vanish.

On the driver’s side, everything continues as normal and they are still on their way. But on the customer’s side, it looks as if the booking was canceled or dropped. Because of this, I ended up booking another driver after the first driver’s information disappeared. Later, the original driver still showed up and I was charged a $150 no-show fee. This has now happened to me more than once.

I have reported this to the drivers involved, but it seems the issue has not been addressed. I strongly hope the team takes this seriously and resolves it, because it is unfair for customers to be charged fees for a problem caused by the app itself.

上車後說明我要到西門站2號出口，司機說：只能到6號不能到2號。這裡已經感覺得出來司機很有問題😍我耐心地說沒關係我再跟你說怎麼走。華中橋就在面前還硬要走環河。詢問過後還說：你沒有指定路線。所以沒有指定路線就要特意繞遠路是不是😆。並且乘車過程司機態度惡劣。我一個女孩子昨上一台車司機態度惡劣還繞遠路。我也只能選擇盡快下車呀。為了自身安全我也不想過多糾纏。和平台申請退費那趟車資。我已經浪費時間繞遠路並且叫第二台車了。浪費的時間和金錢我都沒追究。我只追究當趟的車資。平台說和司機溝通過後對方不願意退費，這不是廢話嗎😍哪個惡質司機有得選會願意退費😍然後平台給了我50元乘車金補償，我真的很感謝😍😍😍😍

從之前更新後，上車地址都會默認所在處已經很難用（誰說上車處一定是所在處），現在連車子都被預設成固定價的，變成我要重選一次上車處，還要再重選一次跳表車子，可以在爛一點，像我們這種常常叫車的人，每一次都要這樣選來選去才能送出叫車，真的覺得極度難用，起碼上車處下車處車種都要可以預設吧！ 放一堆廣告要幹嗎！

我想針對貴平台的取消收費機制提出強烈抗議。今日因司機抵達時間過長，甚至疑似有故意繞路、消極接案的情況，導致我因行程緊急被迫取消。目前的『3 分鐘收費規則』完全忽略了司機端延誤的責任，變相讓消費者為司機的疏失買單。這項機制極度不合理，嚴重影響消費體驗，要求貴司重新檢討收費標準並退回此筆費用。

Be very careful when you use this app as what the cost for the trip shown in the app is NOT what the driver charges you.  The driver we had actual have a different meter and that is what he charged us was more than double!  The app shows $100 NT and he charged us $230 NT!  We had to show that we already paid the app $100NT so we only had to pay the difference.

Unfortunately, this is the first and only time we used this app so I am not sure if this is only a few of these drivers are like this.  We forgot the name of the driver but this license is TDN-3330

運氣好的時候遇到好司機，但有時遇到惡質司機，真的是啞巴吃黃連有苦說不清（例如：禮拜二早上遇到把悠遊卡付款機器給摘下來，我只能被迫付現金。然後回程的時候，在臺大醫院門口隨機沒有預約坐到一台臺灣大車隊的車，司機是非常激進、言論仇老的人，非常不尊重和不友善刷敬老悠遊卡的長者，我先生肺癌末期化療中行動不便而且身體虛弱難受，司機還如此對待老人家，當下真的很想下車但又必須早點回去因為先生不舒服，我只能忍住情緒不說話，因為我怕司機會揍人。可惜我被嚇到下車時忘了記車號，無法即時在系統反應。希望貴公司多延攬優秀的司機，驅逐評價差的司機。還有，需要再把尊重弱勢族群包括老人和領敬老卡的人，不要將刷悠遊卡的機器摘下來。謝謝！

住在台南郊區，一開始很難叫車，現在幾乎都不用等太久就有車了，司機們也多半可以按照導航走，不用一直反覆溝通緊盯路線，覺得搭車愈來愈方便。最棒的是可以跟我的momo卡綁定，還可以用紅利點數折扣車費，很划算👍🏻
