Old app worked
The old app worked fine. You could monitor your usage so much easier. The reviews I’ve seen show no responses. So apparently no one is monitoring or cares

Log In
The facial recognition causes the app to close out and will not allow you to enter a password. I have to delete the app and reinstall without enabling the facial recognition to be able to use the app.
Old app worked better
The new app won’t let me enter my password. I type in the password, but when I press enter, the password disappears and I get a message stating that the password is empty…well, yeah, because the app blanked it out. I’ve tried everything and nothing works. So apparently I won’t be using the app. Please fix it!!!!

This app is useless
Keeps asking for full account number. All my credentials work on the web based app but not on mobile app. They need to quit offering this app as it is very frustrating. Don’t download it!!!!!
Special character in password
It says I needed a special character in my password- I added it- now the app won’t accept my special character… only online. Please fix this issue.
Can’t even log in
App says full account number must be used to log in…. Then says invalid login. Login works on website though, so app is useless. Doesn’t look like anyone monitors this app for improvement either.
Password
The app will not let me enter my full password which has 11 characters. No problem with the web version.
App is crap
Please do better. Hire someone who knows how to develop your App. Buttons overlap, error everytime when trying to input information for autopay. App is not user friendly.
Fix app!
App no longer allows credit card payments. Keep getting errors you must make a e-check payment now. Please fix will re-rate once you correct the problem.
