Crippled app

Your app so crippled that I cannot access my both accounts through the child number, and i have to access only through the parent, they both have to be connected some how !!!!

Auto log out

I would be saying its a good app once it gets establish and stops logging out automatically and i shouldn't log in every time i open the app

Internet service

The internet service is very slow and frustrating!! The company has stolen 15 EGP from my balance after I’ve already joined the internet package and their reason is that I didn’t wait for a confirmation message!

Needs REDESIGN Horrible UI and UX

You will get lost, not understand what’s going on and spend good time trying to go back where you were a few minutes ago. Too cumbersome. You will try to find a particular piece of info that should be right there in the main page but you will never find it. I’m a software engineer; designed and tested software for a living, with many years of experience and I have a hard time with this app. I can only imagine a simple regular user’s hardship.
Horrible user interface & user experience.
Needs REDESIGN !
I wonder how come the App has 3.7 rating. When I browse the most favorable reviews I get one person who gave a 5 stars review 2 years ago (with no explanation) then the rest of the ‘favorable’ reviews gave 1 star only!! 😯
