Problem charging by credit card to others
Doesnt show the section where i add the mobile number to charge for in the amount area at the top.. called the customer service and applied to update or to delete and reload the app
updated the app .. and uploaded the app again and logged in ... didnt show the section again ... have recorded the screen and have a screen shot too ..

Won't download
Tried several times to download to no avail. Tried to ring 101 etisalat to get some info on my package but after making the required number selection it just hangs up and unable to get through to adviser. Tried 10 times. Zipping my mouth now.

It is very to download this so you can keep eye on your balance definitely worth it
Moderately satisfying
Sometimes the app log-in doesnβt work. My package is Super yes, I still need to manage my favorite numbers using messages or phone calls. I suggest adding features to control every plan.

Etisalat just keeps taking from my MBs without even using them it took 1500MB in just 5 minutes and when i called them they said i have already used that much
Recharge Failure
Tried to use it to recharge my mobile account using my credit card to no avail. After entering all required information the process didnβt go through (failed) due to βUnknown bank error,β whereas the bank has no problem with the transaction!!!
That was a previous review. The problem STILL EXISTS!!! No one from Etisalat cared to contact and investigate! Poor customer service.
Otherwise, the new improvements concerning the Call History are good and commendable.
